Account Setup and Needed data to get the most out of the Insights reports
From the Settings > Company info tab fill in your reporting tags
From the Settings > Company Settings setup your Lead Sources
Add data to current / past projects (lead source / hash tags)
Properly setting the lead source and adding hashtags to the internal notes of the project will properly divide the project results in the Insights reports.
