Estimate Rocket has some great tools to help with your sales cycle such as notifications with alerts when a client views a proposal, the hot tab to show unsigned proposals that have been viewed in the past 48 hours, automated follow up campaigns and the capability for you to text your client the proposal.
What about when a client has NOT viewed a proposal, this creates an interesting challenge. Maybe new rules on their email server are preventing your emails with the proposal link from properly being delivered to the client or perhaps they are not tech-savvy and don't want to look at a proposal on the customer portal and they need to be mailed for wet signing.
Estimate Rocket now has a Never Viewed Proposals report. This report will show any active (not expired) proposal that have not been viewed by the client through the customer portal. Allowing you to follow up by text, phone or printed proposal.
This report will show only Active proposals that have not been viewed. As you know every proposal has a date range during which it is active, if the proposal expires (reaches the end date of the active period) it will drop off of the never viewed proposal report.
