Project related tasks will allow larger projects to be broken into smaller tasks for individual assignment, notification and scheduling. 

Assignment of To Do tasks follow the same rules of employee notification as main assignments, so not only are employees sent a notification right away within the application but the notification can also trigger a text message alert.

The To Do tasks bring the field user schedule right onto the main schedule for full employee schedule visibility when scheduling.

The key to the To Do tasks is to bring out some additional scheduling flexibility.

Control  which users see other users To Do items with a new permission at the employee level. 

The To Do tasks in a project will allow there to be multiple full users from Estimate Rocket assigned to the same project on the calendar, allow for full flexibility in assigning specific tasks to specific employees and even to split a 2 day (16 hour) project into 4 half days which display effectively on the schedule.
