The customer portal experience has improved significantly with the new streamlined user interface introduced in May 2023.
Some changes include the about us page with ability to display reviews, links, documents and more. There can also be back and forth messaging between the client and the contractor and confirm appointment times.
Highlight: Our exciting new 2 way client messaging feature including appointment and document texting, and general / customer project messaging with text notifications is part of this new user interface.
