2 - Way Client Messaging - Full Experience

The new 2-Way client messaging in Estimate Rocket will help your business grow by allowing you to have communications with more impact with your clients. 

All communications are stored within Estimate Rocket, now giving you much more of a client-centric CRM type feel in the software. No more need to copy and paste email communications into the project notes.  All communications can later be viewed in the project detail communication area or from the client communication area. 

Texting a Document

  • Estimate Rocket user triggers the text document feature from the project detail screen
  • Client receives a text message with a link that will direct them to the customer portal to review the document (proposal, change order or invoice) let's use proposal as the example
  • Client uses text message link and reviews proposal on mobile device
  • Estimate Rocket owner and assigned to users get a notification ‘client viewed project’ the moment the client reviews the proposal
  • Client approves the proposal
  • Estimate Rocket project ‘owner’ and ‘assigned to user’ will get:
    • An email about the approval
    • A notification about the approval
    • A text message about the approval (if configured)
  • The flow is similar in ‘Send Client a Message’

Send Client a Message

  • Estimate Rocket user triggers a client message from the project detail or from the client page.
  • Client receives a text message with a link to direct them to the message page in the customer portal
  • Client navigates to the customer portal message page using the link
  • Client replies to the message
  • Estimate Rocket user is notified of message and texted if configured
  • Estimate Rocket user uses link in text message or in the notification to view the message from the client and respond if needed
  • The flow is similar in 'Texting a Document'
