The general contractor by trade item template has roughly 10 items that include a number of different trades.
This template is primarily based on entry of dollars which will then calculate a marked up price and total that for the client. In this case you simply entere the numbers provided from each of the subcontractors and the prices on each will be marked up by 25%. You can always change the % to be different or even add your own different trades.
