This template is intended to either add a % of dollar discount to a project.
By entering the project total $ into the quantity field of any of the % discount items the appropriate amount will be calculated for that project. Entering a straight dollar amount in the discount dollars or discount coupon will subtract that amount from the project directly

Enter the project total dollars into the quantity field for the % discounts and an exact dollar amount in the coupon or dollars line item for that amount to be deducted from the project.
