Adding an Interior Room to a Painting Estimate in less than 1 Minute
In Estimate Rocket is it possible to add an interior room to a painting estimate in less that 1 minute.
In this case a room will be added with room dimensions to demonstrate the simplicity of the process.
Prerequisite: having the room dimensions in hand. In this case a 12 foot by 12 foot room with 8 foot ceilings.
Using an item template configured for the typical interior room the estimator will be able to use the room dimension calculator to calculate the square feet of ceiling and walls and the linear feet of baseboard trim:
Then adding a count of doors and windows that need to be painted in addition to some sundries and extra prep time will yield the final room price.
