Any project in Estimate Rocket can now send a payload to your needed application.
In my examples I will show a new row in a Google Sheet triggering the lookup and the ER data being deposited as a new row into a Google Sheet.
You can find project by project name or by project number. Find project and find projects essentially work on the same guidelines but if multiple projects were found by project name the outbound payload would include the data for 2 projects.
Connecting in Zapier
After making your connection to Estimate Rocket in Zapier look at the search event and select Find Project.
Available Data
The ‘finding’ of a project is going to have the same payload as the new assignment and update assignment web hook. There are over 100 fields of data available in the payload including the project information and the client information.
Triggering data into the find project(s) web hook
- You need to provide a piece of data to the ER API to trigger the search.
- The project can be found by project name or project number
