The Estimate Rocket Example Item Template has a room demo item that calculates customer price, profit margin and work order components based on the count of rooms that demolition.

Navigate to Settings > Item List and click on the item count on the right under to filter you item list by all items in the General group. In the item list either scan the list or search for General Demo Small Room.
- The General Demo Small Room assembly consists of only a single labor item which is set at 15 total hours to demo the small room.
- The price to the customer $750 based on the fact the labor is priced at $50 per hour.
- 15 hours x $50 per hour = $750.
Change the Total Demo Small Room price to customer
To change the total price to the customer there are 2 options. Either change the total number of hours to demo a small room from 15 hours to a value that suits the need. Changing the total number of hours will also effect the total hours seen on future work orders to the new value.
The price of General Labor (hour) can also be changed. This is done by searching for the General Labor (hour) and editing that labor item to the new General Labor price. If there is a change to the General Labor (hour) price all of the other assemblies that use General Labor will also reflect this new hourly price.
Both the labor price and the hours needed can be changed as well.
