The Estimate Rocket email processor unexpectedly updated their response communication to confirm message delivery.
The change of format on this response prevented us from updating the email status from SENT into the true status.
We have developed and have deployed a solution which will handle the new messages
We will be updating the historical messages that have been in the SENT status as soon as we can.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have a message that appears to have a Sent status but is not yet reflecting Delivered please do not try to resend that message

The verification on the email server shows all of these messages successfully delivered.

We are currently working to capture any missing data and update the email status promptly.
